Created the UI/UX for Amarts warranty system, used by Amarts call centre and it's technicians. The application was broken into two views. The first view was designed specifically for technicians with a mobile first implementation. It's primary goal is to help manage incoming jobs and quotes, whilst also facilitating the easy recording of extra information about the jobs such as photos, service reports and a parts log. The 2nd view enables call centre staff to quickly and easily see incoming service requests, invoices and quotes and distribute jobs to the most relevant person. The end result is a much easier system for technicians which reduces reliance and communication time with Amarts call centre.
